• Remember vouchers are only valid for 6 months and we will not honour lost vouchers.  Do not lose the voucher!

• Safety is our priority and we cannot fly if the conditions preclude this. 

• Whilst we will try to contact you before your flight, we can't guarantee we will be able to, so please always call before starting your journey to us to check we can conduct your lesson.

• Your voucher will be sent 1st class Royal Mail post. 

• We already have your address through Paypal.
